CommandHall Software License

Effective date: August 24, 2026

CommandHall is licensed by Redwood Digital, LLC ("Redwood Digital") to the person who purchased it ("you"). The software is licensed, not sold.

Your license

One purchase gives one person a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use CommandHall on up to three Macs that person owns or controls. You may use it for personal work and your own internal commercial work.

The license is perpetual for the version you purchased. A CommandHall 0.x purchase includes CommandHall 1.x updates when released. A later major version may require a separate purchase.

Restrictions

You may not redistribute, resell, rent, sublicense, publish, or provide CommandHall to another person. You may not bypass its security or distribution controls. You may not reverse engineer the software except where applicable law gives you a right that cannot be waived.

Your license does not include Claude Code, Codex, other agent services, third-party applications, or their subscriptions. Their providers control their own availability, terms, and charges.

Your data and actions

CommandHall runs local tools with the folders and permissions you choose. You are responsible for reviewing commands, agent output, file changes, credentials, publishing actions, and other work performed through the software. Keep backups of important files.

Updates and support

Redwood Digital may change, add, or remove features as CommandHall develops. Purchase does not promise a particular future feature or uninterrupted compatibility with third-party tools. Support is provided on a reasonable-effort basis through the contact address on BilbroSwagginz.com.

Warranty and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CommandHall is provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Redwood Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost data, profits, or access to third-party services. Redwood Digital's total liability related to CommandHall will not exceed the amount you paid for the license.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limits. Those exclusions and limits apply only to the extent permitted where you live.

Termination

This license ends if you materially breach it. If that happens, you must stop using CommandHall and delete your copies. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
