Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the games, apps, and websites provided by BilbroSwagginz ("we", "us", "our"), including the game Udderly Abductedwhen played on the web at bilbroswagginz.com or as a Discord Activity (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Who can use the Services

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Services. If you make a purchase, you must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using the Services you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. The game

Udderly Abducted is a free-to-play arcade game. No account is required to play. Your progress and settings are stored locally in your browser or device. When you choose to submit a score, a display name and run statistics you enter are sent to a public global leaderboard (see our Privacy Policy). When played inside Discord, your use is also subject to Discord's own terms and policies.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• submit offensive, hateful, harassing, or infringing names or content to the leaderboard or any other feature;
• cheat, tamper with, reverse-engineer for the purpose of cheating, automate, or falsify scores or gameplay;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Services or their infrastructure; or
• use the Services for any unlawful purpose.

We may remove content, reset leaderboard entries, or restrict access at our discretion to enforce these Terms.

4. Purchases and virtual items

The Services may offer optional purchases of virtual items, such as cosmetic customizations (for example beam colors, hull paints, or sound packs) and supporter bundles. Virtual items are for entertainment only, have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money or property, and provide no competitive gameplay advantage.

Where purchases are made through a platform such as Discord, the platform's payment terms, pricing, taxes, and refund policies apply to that transaction. Except where required by law or by the platform, all sales are final. We may add, modify, or discontinue virtual items at any time.

5. Intellectual property

The Services, including the game, artwork, music, characters, and code, are owned by BilbroSwagginz and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play the Services for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Services without our permission.

6. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BilbroSwagginz will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months or USD $50.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
