Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the games, creator tools, apps, and websites provided by BilbroSwagginz ("we", "us", "our"), including ClawStudio and Udderly Abducted(collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Who can use the Services

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) and legally able to accept these Terms. If you make a purchase or connect a third-party account, you must also meet that platform's age and eligibility requirements. Minors must have permission from a parent or legal guardian where required.

2. The Services

ClawStudio provides tools for creating, editing, clipping, reviewing, scheduling, and publishing creator-controlled media. Udderly Abducted is a free-to-play arcade game available on the web and as a Discord Activity. Features may change, become unavailable, or depend on third-party services.

3. ClawStudio and connected accounts

ClawStudio accesses TikTok, YouTube, or another connected account only after you authorize it through that platform's sign-in process. You are responsible for confirming the connected account, selected video, title, description, visibility, interaction settings, required disclosures, and schedule before publishing.

AI-generated clips, captions, metadata, schedules, and recommendations are suggestions. You remain responsible for reviewing and explicitly approving them. ClawStudio does not guarantee audience reach, platform acceptance, revenue, or continued availability of any post.

4. Your content and acceptable use

You retain ownership of content you provide to ClawStudio. You grant us only the limited permission necessary to process that content and perform the actions you request. You represent that you own or have all rights and permissions necessary to process and publish it, including rights relating to music, video, images, trademarks, publicity, and privacy.

You agree not to use any Service to:

• infringe copyrights, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
• copy or republish third-party content between platforms without authorization;
• publish unlawful, deceptive, abusive, hateful, or harmful material;
• spam, manipulate engagement, evade platform limits, falsify game scores, or access accounts without authorization; or
• disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer to defeat safeguards, or circumvent security controls or platform policies.

We may remove content, reset leaderboard entries, or restrict access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, or comply with law or platform requirements.

5. Udderly Abducted

No account is required to play. Progress and settings are stored locally in your browser or device. If you choose to submit a score, the display name and run statistics you provide are sent to a public leaderboard. When played inside Discord, your use is also subject to Discord's terms and policies.

6. Purchases and virtual items

The Services may offer optional purchases, subscriptions, or virtual items. Virtual game items are for entertainment only, have no monetary value, and provide no competitive advantage. The payment platform's pricing, tax, and refund terms apply. Except where required by law or platform policy, sales are final.

7. Our intellectual property

The Services, including our software, game, artwork, music, characters, and branding, are owned by BilbroSwagginz and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services as intended for personal or internal business purposes. This license does not transfer ownership of the Services or of content belonging to others.

8. Third-party services

ClawStudio is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok, Google, or YouTube. TikTok features are subject to TikTok's terms, community guidelines, and posting policies. YouTube features are subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. Third parties may reject uploads, change APIs, impose quotas, suspend accounts, or remove content, and we do not control those decisions.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BilbroSwagginz will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, content, goodwill, account access, or third-party platform actions. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months or USD $50.

11. Changes and termination

You may stop using the Services and revoke connected accounts at any time. We may restrict access to prevent misuse, protect users, comply with law, or honor platform requirements. We may update these Terms; the date above will show the latest version. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
