Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 12, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how BilbroSwagginz ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with our games, creator tools, apps, and websites, including ClawStudio and Udderly Abducted(collectively, the "Services"). Our approach is to collect as little as practical and keep ClawStudio projects local unless you choose an action that uses a connected service.
Information we handle
ClawStudio projects. ClawStudio handles media and project information you select, including video, audio, images, text, transcripts, captions, thumbnails, titles, descriptions, tags, schedules, and publishing preferences.
Connected accounts. When you authorize TikTok, ClawStudio may receive your TikTok open ID, display name, avatar, approved permissions, OAuth tokens, and token expiration information. When you authorize Google or YouTube, ClawStudio may receive channel identifiers and titles, approved permissions, OAuth tokens, upload information, publishing status, and analytics when you enable those features. We do not receive or store your TikTok, Google, or YouTube password.
Local operational data. The app records project state, job history, error messages, and diagnostic logs needed to run work and diagnose failures.
Leaderboard submissions. If you submit an Udderly Abducted score, we collect the display name you enter and run statistics such as score, level, cows abducted, and best combo. Submission is optional, and submitted names and scores are public.
Website and support data. Our hosting providers may process limited request information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and timestamps to deliver and protect the site. We also receive information you send when contacting us.
How we use information
- To create, render, review, schedule, and publish your projects.
- To identify the connected account and show where a proposed post will go.
- To upload or publish content only after you explicitly review and approve a post or schedule.
- To refresh authorization, check posting status, and diagnose errors.
- To operate the leaderboard and optional platform purchases.
- To secure the Services, prevent misuse, and respond to support.
Local-first storage and optional AI
ClawStudio project media and most application data remain on your computer unless you choose an action that sends them to a third-party service. TikTok credentials are encrypted before local storage, and YouTube authorization data is stored locally with access restrictions.
ClawStudio can use local AI. If you enable an optional cloud AI feature, the prompt and selected material needed for that request may be sent to the identified provider. Review the provider and proposed action before approving the request.
TikTok, YouTube, and Discord
When you connect TikTok, ClawStudio uses TikTok APIs to identify the authorized creator and, at your direction, upload or publish selected content. TikTok handles that information under the TikTok Privacy Policy. You can revoke access through TikTok's connected-app settings or ClawStudio's disconnect control.
ClawStudio uses YouTube API Services. Information sent to or received from YouTube is also governed by the Google Privacy Policy and YouTube Terms of Service. You can revoke ClawStudio's Google authorization in your Google account security settings.
When Udderly Abducted runs as a Discord Activity, Discord operates the platform and processes any payment. We do not receive your Discord password or payment-card details.
When information is disclosed
We disclose information only:
- to TikTok, Google, YouTube, Discord, an AI provider, or another service when you direct ClawStudio to use it;
- to infrastructure providers needed to operate the public website or a feature you enable;
- when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, the Services, or the public; or
- with your consent or instruction.
What we do not do
- We do not sell personal information or connected-account data.
- We do not use connected-account data for behavioral advertising.
- We do not run third-party advertising trackers in the game.
- We do not collect payment-card details.
Retention and deletion
Local ClawStudio project files remain until you delete them. Connected account authorization remains until you disconnect, revoke access, replace credentials, or remove the app's local data. Disconnecting removes the applicable local authorization data but does not delete content already posted to a platform; manage posted content on that platform.
Public leaderboard entries are retained to keep the leaderboard useful. You may request removal of an entry you submitted. Local game data can be removed by clearing browser or application storage. You may also ask us to delete personal information we hold by contacting us with enough information to verify and complete the request.
Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Users must also meet the age requirements of every connected platform. Contact us if you believe a child provided personal information.
Your choices and rights
You can decline or revoke platform authorization, review and change posting metadata and visibility before publishing, delete local projects and credentials, avoid leaderboard submission, and request access, correction, or deletion of information we hold. Additional rights may apply where you live.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the Services change. The date above will show the latest version, and we will provide any notice required by law.
