This Privacy Policy explains how BilbroSwagginz ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with our games, apps, and websites, including Udderly Abductedplayed on the web at bilbroswagginz.com or as a Discord Activity (the "Services"). Our approach is simple: we collect as little as possible, and we do not require accounts.

Information we collect

Leaderboard submissions. When you choose to submit a score, we collect the display name you type and your run statistics (such as score, level reached, cows abducted, and best combo). This is optional — you can play without ever submitting. Submitted names and scores are shown publicly on the global leaderboard, so please do not enter personal information as your name.

Local game data.Your progress, settings, unlocked cosmetics, and preferences are stored locally on your own device (for example in your browser's local storage). This data stays on your device and is not sent to us unless you submit a score or export it yourself.

Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting and infrastructure providers may automatically process limited technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps) to deliver the Services, prevent abuse, and rate-limit submissions. We do not use this to build advertising profiles.

Playing inside Discord.When you launch the game as a Discord Activity, Discord operates the platform and handles any purchases. We do not receive your Discord password. If you make an in-app purchase, Discord processes the payment and shares only the information necessary to fulfill it. Your use within Discord is also governed by Discord's own privacy policy.

What we do not collect

• We do not require or create user accounts.
• We do not collect your real name, address, or phone number.
• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not run third-party advertising trackers in the game.

How we use information

• To operate the global leaderboard and show public scores.
• To keep the Services working, secure, and fair (anti-cheat and rate limiting).
• To process optional purchases through the relevant platform.
• To respond to you if you contact us.

Payments

We do not collect or store your payment-card details. Purchases are processed by the platform you buy through (for example Discord), subject to that platform's payment and privacy terms.

Data retention

Public leaderboard entries are retained to keep the board meaningful. You may request removal of a leaderboard entry you submitted by contacting us with enough detail to identify it. Local game data can be cleared by you at any time by clearing your browser/app storage.

Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will remove it.

Your choices & rights

Because we do not maintain accounts, the primary data tied to you is any leaderboard entry you chose to submit. You can avoid submitting entirely, and you can request removal of an entry you submitted. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information; contact us to exercise them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above.
