Overview
Stage Build Show is a YouTube livestream where an AI coding agent builds a real project on stream while an AI narrator calls the play-by-play in real time. Matt directs each round; every episode ends with a genuinely shippable artifact deployed to a live URL. Season 1 is browser-based Three.js scenes and mini-games.
